Mitigation experience was excellent! Thanks Fabian for doing a great Job on all the clean up and drying–kudos to your crew. I feel confident that I will not have any mold issues. I recognize there was more to be done than I expected, but you documented and explained well. Thanks to Aaron for understanding my situation. I had to pay out of pocket and you are helping me not to do anything unnecessary, as well as being available to answer all questions. I trust local business and encourage all to go with DR first! I had to hire Disaster Response to clean up the damage caused by another company that I hired to update aging hose bibs. Over the period of ten days Josiah Molina, Damian Cuevas, Dustin Howard, Shane Rudd and the Mitigation Manager: Jason Finley, performed their duties in an expedient and professional manner. They provided all the equipment necessary to dry out the crawl space and replace the vapor barrier at a fair and reasonable cost.I hope I do not have to call them again, but I would not hesitate if needed.(A word of advice when hiring plumbers and other contractors; make sure they are professionally licensed and insured!) I now have to have to pay for the work an unlicensed plumber performed and the subsequent damages caused by the resulting flood damages.Thank you Jason Finley and Crew!

We had a flood in the basement due to an auction company removing the washer and dryer in my parents estate. Disaster Response was quick to respond and start measures to clean up and mitigate. Jason was terrific to keep me informed and updated through the whole process. They were great to work with and always upfront and honest about each step of the process.

My clothes washer broke and send water throughout my kitchen area. The entire kitchen floor was destroyed and a portion of the walls at the same time.Disaster Response was called and they immediately responded with a crew within two hours of my call. They explained all that had to be done and why. We were so appreciative of the fact that these guys came to Texas to help us out after the snowstorm that caused massive damage. we had water leak and the guys were at our place within an hour. we had turned the water off before we called. we needed help getting the water off the floor. they were there for about 3 hours and made sure we had fans to dry the floors. don’t know what we would have done without them. thanks Disaster Response

Disaster Response was amazing from the moment I called their office. They were quick, efficient, and kept me informed every step of way, even when our area was in a cold snap and they had many many jobs. Our basement flooded from a broken pipe. Disaster response crewmember showed up my house in a very timely manner. When I lost a waterline due to a bad pipe that got my belly pan, insulation wet, and soggy, he climbed in my small crawl space and cut insulation away till he found the leak, then cut the rest of the insulation that was water damaged I would recommend this company every time this company is very professional, and stand behind their work!!

After my sewage line was replaced the Disaster Response Team came in and made a proper assessment of damages in my home. Then they sent out the crews to repair my bathroom floor and joists in the bathroom. It was done so well I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of this.

I called for water/sewage removal in a crawlspace. They were very quick to get an inspector to my house to check out the situation and let me know what needed to be done. Andrew came to my house and told me exactly what would need to happen and gave me a exact timeframe of how long it would take. He was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

From beginning to end, Disaster Response was responsive, thoughtful, thorough and effective. Tom was an amazing project manager and all of the crew was great! They managed to remediate a pretty bad sewage flood during the holidays and with minimum disruption to us. They also worked well with my insurance agent, and helped connect me to some quality contractors who helped me with the remodel services I needed. I highly recommend this awesome company! I’ve had the misfortune of having worked with Disaster Response on two occasions. I say it like that because it was following first, an entire septic system failure (Dec 2019) in a rental home that I own and second, an electrical panel fire (Feb 2021) in the same home. Disaster Response came recommended by a long time friend who is a tradesman. His opinion of others others is highly valued by me. He couldn’t have been more spot on! Disaster Response spared me my sanity and were no we’re nothing short of amazing during both of the projects at my home. Disaster Services made the cleanup and repairs of our water damage seamless and easy. They handled everything from the insurance to mitigation to repairs to overseeing all the various contractors. The crew worked so hard to get the water damage cleaned up. It is a big mess. They have had to do the most physical hard work in a stinky smelly situation. But they really know what to do. Very courteous and professional. Thomas figured out right away I am a “neat Nick”. They were respectful of me and my “stuff”. They tented everything off from the non damage area to help keep the dust and smell down.Today the last of the drying equipment was removed and by Monday I get to meet with the reconstruction person (Robert).For a truly horrible experience, I have complete confidence in this company. I will review again when my place is put back together. I do recommend this company.

When we initially started this project in 2022 we thought it was only going to require a door replacement. It ended up being a much bigger project and Brad was wonderful to work with. Even though it took over a year to complete the work and of course a lot more $$ that originally thought, we are finally done and feel that we have a quality outcome.

We had an ice dam on our roof that caused water penetration to one of our enterior walls. DR mitigated and repaired the damage, and did snow removal from our roof top. They were very quick and thorough.

We would like to thank Disaster Response for the outstanding service we received when a tree fell on our cabin in Donnelly, ID. They were onsite within 30 minutes of calling them to assess the situation. They spent all day Christmas Eve safely removing the tree and making sure our cabin did not have any leaks or structural damage. The staff are very professional, willing to work quickly and very knowledgeable.

I am grateful for the great service we were given by the whole DR Team, from the initial emergency call, inspection, dryout, to repairs. They worked closely with insurance and helped the process go smoothly on our end. The repairs were done with great skill with all repairs matching existing finish and colors very well. We needed to have someone look at an area under our sink to make sure there was no potential damage from mold. The technician was on time for the appointment and offered to where booties on his feet upon entry into the house. The tech was very thorough and polite with the job at hand. Everything went great. These guys were amazing, I called on Monday to have some water cleaned up they were out here on Thursday 8:30 a.m. and in less than 2 hours it was all cleaned up. And they did not overcharge me as most companies would have. Definitely recommend and definitely would use them again.
