OPEN POSITIONS:

Disaster Response is an award-winning, culture-oriented, fast-growing Restoration/Construction Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the McCall, ID location. The successful candidate will be initiative-taking, self-directed, and detail orientated. Restoration industry experience is preferred, and extensive construction knowledge is required. If you are a well-experienced restoration industry project manager, we are anxious to talk.  Position Responsibilities:

– Responsible for all aspects of project planning
– Meet with customers and insurance adjusters to discuss project details
– Inspect damage and prepare a scope for repairs
– Coordinate with the homeowner selections and finishes
– Meet the performance, schedule, and budget of every project
– Keep accurate progress notes, and photo documentation
– Manage team, verifying work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to estimate
– Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies
– Review monthly invoices associated with each project
– Resolve any discrepancies with subcontractors or material vendors 

Position Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience 
– Experience on a computer and an adaptive learner of programs and technology
– Sales orientated
– Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, subcontractors, and insurance agents 
– Manage multiple projects/tasks
– Valid Driver’s License
– Living in or relocating to McCall area

Preferred:

– IICRC Certifications
– Mold remediation
– Water and fire damage restoration
– Proficient understanding of Xactimate

The successful candidate will be honest, hard working, detail oriented, and someone who takes pride in their work and the satisfaction of our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Controlled demolition
  • Baseboard & carpet cushion removal
  • Peeling, securing, and reattaching wallpaper
  • Carpet seam cutting
  • Removing and disposing of debris
  • Water pumping and extraction
  • Mold remediation
  • Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)
  • Setting drying equipment
  • Willingness and ability to work some weekends and night hours as need (on-call rotation)
 

Additional Duties/Skills:

  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Feel comfortable with elevated work
  • Valid drivers license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, at least (1) year experience in mitigation industry
